Nicholas Harchuska, 73, of Myerstown, passed away on Friday, August 19, 2022.

He was born on June 22, 1949, to the late Andrej Harchuska and Maria Harchuska nee Makysmuik in Austria.

Nick spent his working career as a machine mechanic at Reese’s Factory in Hershey, Pa. In his free time, he enjoyed remodeling around the house, camping with his family, traveling, watching the Eagles and Phillies win, and most of all, spending time with family and friends. He will be remembered for his protective, loving, and supportive spirit.

He is survived by his loving Children: Candace Keefer and spouse Eric, Teresa Harchuska, Natalie Shellehamer, and spouse Doug, and Nathan Harchuska; Grandchildren: Corey, Emily, and Ethan Harchuska, Ryan and Dylan Bennett and girlfriend Alyssa Zook, Tyler Keefer, Kyle Keefer, and spouse Amanda, and Paul Brandt; Great Grandchild: Zaria Miller; Siblings: Ann Freed, Helen Louden, Susan Pyles, and spouse Brian, Roger Harchuska and spouse Ida, Gregory Harchuska and spouse Sally, Frank Harchuska and spouse Maria, Steve Harchuska and spouse Diane.

He was preceded in death by his adoring wife Joan Harchuska, his brother Andy Harchuska, and daughter-in-law Bobbi Joy Harchuska.

Viewing will be on Monday, August 29, 2022, from 9:30-10:30 AM, with services to follow at Christman’s Funeral Home, Inc. Burial will be at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, following services.
