Orpha L. (Hibshman) Doutrich, 87, formerly of Myerstown died Tuesday, April 19, 2022, at the Lebanon Valley Home, Annville. She is preceded in death by her husband, Elwood M. Hibshman.

Born in Lebanon on March 6th, 1935, she was the daughter of the late Perry and Beulah (Heisey) Sanger.

Orpha was a member of Myerstown Church of the Brethren and a member of the Women’s Christian Temperance Union. She loved flowers, music, and baking pies.

Surviving is five children, Suzanne L. Auman, wife of Daniel of Lebanon, Timothy L. Hibshman, husband of Nelda of Myerstown, David J. Hibshman, husband of Nancy of Myerstown, Joel E. Hibshman, husband of Anne of Whitehall, Bradley T. Hibshman, husband of Donna of Allentown, a brother, Wilbur Sanger of Lebanon, ten grandchildren, and sixteen great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, Orpha is preceded in death by a brother, Robert Sanger, a sister, Hilda Gettle, a grandson, Cameron Hibshman, a great-granddaughter, Riley Hibshman, and Earl L. Doutrich.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, April 27th at South Lebanon Community Church, 13 Evergreen Road, Lebanon, PA 17042. A public viewing will be held from 10:00 am-11:00 am on Wednesday at the church. Interment will be held at Midway Church Cemetery, Lebanon.
