Patricia A. Pushnik, 84, of Lebanon, passed away peacefully on Monday, June 30, 2025. She was the widow of Donald K. Pushnik, who passed away in April 2014.
Born in Lebanon, PA, on Sept. 7, 1940, Patricia was a daughter of the late John and Marion (Klimovsky) Harmuth. She was a graduate of Lebanon High School class of 1958. She retired in 2000 after working as a receptionist for Charles Lazin, DDS, for 42 years. She loved crossword puzzles, game shows, and spending time with her family, especially her two grandchildren. She attended Mass faithfully at St. Mary’s Church for many years.
Patricia is survived by her daughter, Alycia D. Pushnik, wife of Dean Sponenberg; grandchildren, Kendal and Chase Sponenberg; sister, Kathy Blatt; nephews, Chris Blatt, Ryan Blatt, and Anthony Rhen; niece, Melissa Black; as well as their children and numerous cousins. She was preceded in death by her sister, Sandra Rhen, in 1986; and a brother-in-law, Ron Blatt, in 2021.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, July 7, 2025, at St. Mary’s Church, 2 N. 8th St., Lebanon, PA 17046. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. A viewing will be held prior to Mass from 10-11 a.m. at the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Patricia’s name may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 897, Hershey, PA 17033, or St. Mary’s Church at the above address.
