Patricia Ann Miller, 83, of Annville, passed away on Friday, Dec. 10, 2021, at the WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital.

Born in Hershey on Nov. 10, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Dorothy Ruhl Schaffner.

Patricia worked as a secretary at the Hershey Medical Center for 24 years. She was a member of the Annville United Methodist Church. Additionally, she was a member of the Navy Club Auxiliary, where she served as the secretary. Patricia enjoyed reading, gardening, and riding motorcycle with her husband.

Surviving are four children, Robin D. Miller, of Lebanon, Cory B. Marshall, wife of Scott, of Annville, Michael S. Miller, husband of Jackie, of Annville, and Jonathan K. Miller, husband of Lorraine, of Centreville, Maryland; two brothers, Frank Schaffner, Jr., of Lebanon, and C. Andrew Schaffner, of West Haven, Utah; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Carl S. Miller.

A public visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 20, at Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 618 E. Main St., Annville, PA 17003. Inurnment will be held on Monday at the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 225 N. Michigan Ave., Fl. 17, Chicago, IL 60601, in memory of her husband, Carl S. Miller. Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory, Annville is overseeing arrangements.
