Patricia L. Dubbs, 85, of Fredericksburg, passed away on Monday, May 22, 2023, at Cedar Haven. She was the wife of the late Frank D. Dubbs Jr.

Born in Coudersport on July 2, 1937, she was the daughter of the late George and Jenny Boyd Salladae.

She worked as a CNA at Wernersville State Hospital and the Lebanon VA Medical Center. She was a member of the Jonestown Bible Church. She enjoyed sewing and playing the piano and accordion, and she especially loved being with her family.

She is survived by her son, Randy F. Dubbs, husband of Cynthia, of Jonestown; daughters, Sheila R., wife of Jeffery Allison, of Fredericksburg, Tina M., wife of Mark Albright, of Pine Grove, and Starr M., wife of Timothy Seip, of Pine Grove; nine grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Yvonne Parker.

Funeral Services will be at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, May 30, 2023, at Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home & Crematory, Jonestown. There will be a viewing one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Jonestown Bible Church Cemetery.
