Patricia L. Sinico, 75, of Lebanon, passed away on Thursday, June 12, 2025, at Alpine Valley Post Acute and Healthcare Center, Lebanon. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Thomas E. “Tom” Sinico.

Patricia was born in Lebanon, PA, on Aug. 11, 1949, to the late Robert and Anna (Brown) Ail.

Surviving are her children, Roberta A.M. Sinico, of Middletown, DE, and Anthony Sinico (Kelly), of Lebanon; sister, Linda Lymaster, of Middletown, DE; and grandchildren, Marty Schneck IV, Isabella Sinico, and Hunter Knight.

In addition to her husband, Patricia was preceded in death by her sister, Louise Ail.

On Monday, June 30, 2025, a memorial visitation will be held at 11 a.m. at Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory Inc., 618 E. Main St., Annville. Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Humane Society of Lebanon County, 150 N. Ramona Road, Lebanon, PA 17067, in her memory.
