Patricia A. Reznik, 95, of Lebanon Valley Nursing Home, Annville, PA, passed away on Thursday, Jan. 8, 2026. She was the wife of the late Robert Reznik of Lebanon, PA.

Born in Lebanon, PA, on Aug. 14, 1930, Patricia was a daughter of the late Cyril and Myrle (Mann) Harter. Patricia graduated from Lebanon Catholic High School. She enjoyed camping, dancing, reading, and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her daughters, Judy Reznik, Linda Kochler, wife of Robert, and Karen DiNunzio, wife of David; grandchildren, Chris Shaffer, Chas Shaffer, Robert Trautman, Rebecca Dove, Natalie Karenda, and Michael DiNunzio; 12 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her brother, William Harter; and sisters, Catherine Benninghoff and Carol Palkovic.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, Jan. 12, 2026, at 2 p.m., at Thompson Funeral Home Inc., 126 S. 9th St., Lebanon, PA 17042. Viewing hours will be from 1-2 p.m. at the funeral home.
