Paul L. Buck, 85, of Cleona, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, Jan. 26, 2025, at his home. He was the husband of Beverly M. (Rozman) Buck, to whom he was married for 63 years.
Born in East Hanover Township, PA, he was the son of the late Herman and C. Elizabeth (Bomgardner) Buck.
Paul retired as an offset printer after 42 years and served in the U.S. Air Force. He was an active member of St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church. He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather, and he adored his two great-grandchildren. He loved hunting, fishing, and everything outdoors. He enjoyed his flowers and vegetable garden and was always ready to lend a helping hand.
In addition to his wife, Beverly, he is survived by his daughter, Karen M., wife of Tony Batula, of Cleona; grandchildren, Dr. Alyssa Batula, PhD, and husband, Dr. Cameron Fackler, PhD, Eric Buck, and wife, Katie, Andrew Batula, and wife, Christie Yurkovic, Angela, wife of Brian
LaChance, and Nathan Buck; great-grandson, Miles LaChance; great-granddaughter, Madelyn LaChance; daughter-in-law, Cindy Buck; and niece, Barb, wife of Mark Blauch.
Paul was preceded in death by his son, Gregory Paul Buck; and sister, Ruth Hein.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 4, 2025, at 11 a.m. from St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church, 125 S. Spruce St., Annville. Inurnment will follow at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. A visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until the time of his Funeral Mass at the Church.
