Pauline “Polly” M. (Fahnestock) Funck, 93, of Annville, passed away on Saturday, Nov. 22, 2025, at her home. She was the wife of the late Raymond S. Funck. They were married for 61 years.

Born in Halifax on Aug. 28, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Resta (Jury) Fahnestock. She was a member of the Ono United Methodist Church who, for many years, served as a Sunday school teacher and faithful prayer ministry partner. She and her husband owned and operated a dairy farm, Down on the Farm Wild Animals, and a successful ceramics business. Polly enjoyed flower gardening, painting ceramics, bird watching, jigsaw puzzles, and playing games with her family.

She is survived by her son, Dennis E., and his wife, Cindy Funck, of Annville; daughter-in-law, Elaine Funck, of Challis, ID; sisters, Lois Gingrich, of Fredericksburg, and Elsie Heddings, of Halifax; six grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her son, Gary R. Funck; brothers, Eldon, Frank, and Floyd Fahnestock; and sisters, Carrie Varner and Grace Givler.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, Dec. 7, 2025, at 2 p.m., at the Ono United Methodist Church, with visitation beginning at 1:30 p.m. Interment will be at The Salem Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
