Perla J. Polanco, 26, of the Renova Center in Lebanon, passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 28, 2025.
Born in the Dominican Republic on May 14, 1998, she was the daughter of Wendy Madeleine Rodriguez, of Lebanon.
In addition to Perla’s mother, she is survived by her sisters, Wendy Polonco and Esmerelda Polonca, both of Lebanon.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 7, 2025, at the Cedar Haven Chapel, Lebanon.
