Philip “Phil” Pfaltz, 90, passed away on July 25, 2025, at Cedar Haven Healthcare Center in Lebanon, PA.

Philip Pfaltz was born on April 2, 1935, in Sinking Spring, PA, to Philip and Anna Pfaltz née Kugelman. He proudly served his nation with the U.S. Army. He went on to enjoy a long career as a machinist for Quaker Alloy and PJ Hydraulics. After his retirement, he devoted time to assisting the Hershey Free Church of Hummelstown.

Philip was wed to Shirley Pfaltz née Fogelman, and the couple remained happily married until Shirley’s death in May 2024.

Philip is survived by his daughters, Tanya Leach and Denine “Dee Dee” Pfaltz; grandchildren, Brandy Myers, Daniel Leach, and David Leach; great-grandchild, Aidan Leach; and numerous nieces and nephews. Along with Shirley, he is preceded in death by his grandchild, Alex Myers.

Services will be at the convenience of the family. The family has requested that no flowers be sent.
