Phoebe A. Troutman, 91, of Richland, died Friday, Dec. 11, 2020, at the WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital in Lebanon. She was the wife of Richard R. Troutman, Sr., who died Oct. 15, 2000.

Born in Richland on Mar. 31, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Ira W. and Cora S. (Troutman) Moyer. A member of Tulpehocken UCC, Richland, Phoebe was a member of the Marion Senior Citizens. She enjoyed doing jigsaw puzzles and embroidering.

Phoebe is survived by a daughter, Sharon K. Garloff, of Myerstown; sons, Nelson R., husband of Mary Troutman, of Richland, Richard R., Jr., husband of Sharon Troutman, of Richland; nine grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; eight step-great-grandchildren; a brother, Stuart Moyer, of Richland; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by brothers, Louis Moyer and Warren Moyer.

Services and interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
