Phyllis F. Feller, 99, of Annville, passed away on Saturday, Nov. 8, 2025, at The Lebanon Valley Home. She was the wife of the late Robert H. Feller, who passed away in 2012.

Born in Mauck Chuck, PA, she was a daughter of the late Clarence and Mildred (Arner) Mantz. Phyllis graduated from Lehighton High School in 1944 and was in the honors society. She worked as an office manager with Prudential until her retirement in 1988. She was a member of Zion United Church of Christ in Lehighton. Phyllis was a proven descendant of an American Revolutionary Patriot and was a member of the Lebanon chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution. She enjoyed traveling the USA in her retirement, playing piano, and attending church, football games with friends and family, and many family outings.

Phyllis is survived by her daughter, Diane, wife of Greg Clements, of Lebanon; grandchildren, Ryan R. Clements and Matthew G. Clements, and his wife, Heather; and great-grandchildren, Dana Clements, and companion, Adam Swope, and Dylan Clements. She was preceded in death by her brother, Donald Mantz; and sister, Joyce Kunkle.

Private services will be held at the convenience of her family. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Zion United Church of Christ, 225 Iron St., Lehighton, PA 18235.
