Phyllis J. Sheaffer, 93, of Annville, passed away on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at the Lebanon Valley Home. She was the wife of the late Richard J. Sheaffer.
Born in Lebanon, PA, on Jan. 30, 1932, Phyllis was a daughter of the late John and Ellen (Reed) Witmeyer. She was a member of St. Mary’s Church. She enjoyed traveling, going on cruises, and collecting Swarovski crystals.
Phyllis is survived by several nieces and nephews. She was the last of her immediate family. She was preceded in death by five brothers and five sisters.
