Pieter G. “Pete” Deurloo, 76, of Annville, passed away on Sunday, March 30, 2025, at his residence. He is survived by his loving wife, Betty J. (Trostle) Fox.

Born in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, on Jan. 21, 1949, he was the son of the late Pieter and Elsie M. (Vander Klugt) Deurloo.

Pete immigrated to Waterford, Connecticut, on Aug. 31, 1962. He was a graduate of Waterford High School in the Class of 1968 and went on to attend trade school for carpentry. Upon graduating, he worked with his father as a contractor and cabinet builder. Pete was a proud Canadian who enjoyed fishing and camping. When he was younger, Pete was a volunteer fireman for the Waterford Volunteer Fire Department.

Surviving, in addition to his wife, are his sisters, Louise E. Tremblay, of Washington, and Margaret J. Edmonds, of California; stepsons, Charles B. Trostle, of Lebanon, John W. Fox Jr., husband of Michelle, of Lebanon, and Steven M. Fox, of Manheim; and many nieces and nephews.

A public visitation will be held from 10:30-11 a.m. on Friday, April 11, 2025, at Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 618 E. Main St., Annville, PA 17003. A memorial service will begin at 11 a.m. at the Funeral Home.
