Rachel Donato, 36, of Lebanon, passed away on Saturday, July 4, 2026, at Carolyn’s House. She was the loving wife of Lee Nafzinger for 15 years.
She was born in Lebanon, PA, on Aug. 1, 1989. She enjoyed reading and riding motorcycles. She was always known for being very kind-hearted and always wanting to help people.
In addition to her loving husband, she is survived by her four wonderful children, Kiya, Hendrix, Cam, and Cheyenne; step-sons, Jason, Trent, and Jared; brother, Sean Donato; and uncle, Henry Smith.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Abigail.
