Rachel M. Garcia, 73, of Fredericksburg, PA, passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 12, 2021, at the WellSpan GSH in Lebanon. She was the wife of Steven H. Freundlich.

Born in New York, NY on Sept. 2, 1947, she was the daughter of the late Rafael Garcia, Sr. and Luz Bravo Garcia. She was a member of the Jonestown Perseverance Fire Co. and the Fredericksburg American Legion. She especially enjoyed baking and cooking.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a brother, Rafael Garcia, Jr., of New York City, and sisters, Cindy Cowen and Jennifer Garcia, both of North Chesterfield, VA.

Services will be at the convenience of the family.
