Rafael Antonio Eusebio Jr., 61, of Lebanon, died on Friday, May 12, 2023, at WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital.

He was born on Saturday, Dec. 30, 1961, to Rafael Antonio Eusebio Sr. and the late Belkis Eusebio nee Cabrera in Santo Domingo.

He worked as a landscaper for the NY Housing Authority and enjoyed collecting model
cars and coins and was a music enthusiast.

Surviving is wife, Judith Eusebio nee Donate; son, Rafael Antonio Eusebio III; siblings, Raul Eusebio, and spouse, Mayra Garcia, Zuleika Eusebio, and Arails Adames, and spouse, Victor; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by sister, Mayra Eusebio.

Viewing will be on Friday, May 19, 2023, from 3 to 4 PM, at Christman’s Funeral Home, Inc., 226 Cumberland Street, Lebanon. Funeral services will be on Friday, May 19, 2023, at 4 PM, at the funeral home. Burial will be at Woodlawn South Cemetery, Miami, FL.
