Randall S. Moyer, 64, of Jonestown, passed away on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at his residence.

Born in Lebanon on Aug. 16, 1961, he was the son of Geraldine Bowman, of Palmyra.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his brother, Christopher Bowman, and his significant other, Debra Tobias.
