Randolph E. “Randy” Kelly, 65, of Palmyra, passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 9, 2020, at his son’s home in Fredericksburg. Born Tuesday, Feb. 15, 1955 in Clearfield, PA, he was the son of Arvilla (Owens) Kelly, of Frenchville, PA, and the late Ronald E. Kelly. He was married 44 years to Debra J. (Dixon) Kelly.
Randy began his working career as a Derry Twp. Supervisor at the Waste Water Treatment Plant. He and his wife then owned and operated the Teacher’s Pet Shop in Palmyra and Animal House in Lebanon. He also managed a chain pet store and worked as a sales representative for a wholesale distributor. Randy enjoyed hunting and the outdoors as well as fishing with his grandchildren.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons: Ryan E. Kelly (Amy), of Fredericksburg, and Ash B. Kelly (Amy), of Lebanon; 10 grandchildren: Rhett, Cora, Josiah, Owen, Jeremiah, Elias, and Lillian Kelly, and Brock, Connor, and Kylee Williams; one brother, Alan Kelly (Heather); three sisters: Kim Hall (Scott), Pam Komara (Jake), and Lori Kelly; as well as nieces and nephews that he dearly loved.
