Rene L. Weddell, 66, of Lebanon, and formerly of Arcadia, CA, passed away on Saturday, September 18, 2021, at her home. She was the wife of Peter M. Houle.
Born in Arcadia, CA on April 10, 1955, she was the daughter of the late Rolland and Lucy Maggio Weddell. Rene had worked as a designer in the garment industry. She loved the racetrack and over the years she had owned several horses at Penn National. She was very creative. She loved to write, decorate, craft and she also loved to clean.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her son, Rolland M. Houle and daughter-in-law Patrice Valentino, of Allentown; daughters Natalie E. Houle, of Lebanon, Lucyann Houle, of Palmyra and Haylee R. Houle, of Middletown; sisters Carol Weddell, of Los Angeles and Laura Blatt, of Lake Havasu, AZ; and grandchildren Ivy, Sammy, Blake, Calli, Chase and Haley.
Services will be at the convenience of the family.
