Richard A. Blauch Jr., known to many as Rick, of Lebanon, peacefully passed away on November 22, 2021, at the age of 60 at Good Samaritan Hospital.
Born in Harrisburg on July 12, 1961, he was the son of the late Richard Sr. and Patricia (Sternberger) Blauch, and late stepmother, Barbara Blauch. He worked as a trainer and relief supervisor in logistics at The Hershey Company for 31 years and was a member of the local 464 union. Richard was an avid sports fan, always known to be cheering on the Steelers, Phillies, Flyers, Capitals and Nittany Lions. Richard was also a devoted Hershey Bears fan and had season tickets in Section 25 in Hershey Park Arena and Section 118 in the Giant Center for over 20 years. He was a wonderful husband, father, brother, grandfather, and friend that will be missed by many for his quick wit and loving personality.
Surviving are wife, Carolyn “Sue” of Lebanon, and three children, Megan Blauch of Lebanon, Kimberly (Everitt), wife of Jason Maurer of Cornwall, and Richard Everitt, companion of Karen Phillips of Lebanon. Also surviving are brother David Blauch and nephew Bryan Blauch of Palmyra, along with grandchildren Dalton, Preston, Courtney and Madelyn Maurer, and Allyssa and Chase Everitt.
