Richard Allen Fenner, born April 10, 1928, died on May 4, 2023.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Geraldine Bainbridge.

He is survived by his second wife, Florence S. Schlesener Hikes Fenner; children, Terry Lee Fenner (Dawn) and family, Susan Kay Eisenhauer (Dennis) and family, and Randy Allen Fenner (Cheryl) and family; step-children, Michael J. Hikes (Eadie) and family, Cindy S. Schlegel (Joseph) and family, and Teresa Schlegel (Peter) and family.

Services will be at the convenience of the family.
