Richard J. Engle, 76, of North Londonderry Twp., passed away on Thursday, Dec. 23, 2021.

Born on Dec. 10, 1945 in Hershey, he was a son of the late James and Gretna (Schaffer) Engle.

He retired as the Hummelstown Public Works supervisor. He also served in the U.S. Army.

Surviving is his wife of 52 years, Dorothy F. (Kline) Engle; a son, Todd; grandchildren, Maci and Nathan; and a sister, Lucetta Smith.

Military honors will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 4, at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.
