Memorial services for Richard Jay Spangler who died on May 23, 2021, will be held on Saturday, June 19, 2021, at 10:30 a.m. at Campbelltown United Methodist Church, 2760 Horseshoe Pike, Campbelltown. He was the husband of Dawn M. Eberly Spangler. There will be no viewing or visitation.
