Richard R. “Dick” Dundore, 88, of Fredericksburg, passed away on Friday, Jan. 26, 2024, at Carolyn’s House in Linglestown. He was the husband of Arlene C. Graby Dundore, his life companion of nearly 50 years.
Born in Annville on Jan. 12, 1936, he was the son of the late Oscar and Elsie Gundrum Dundore.
Richard retired from the parts department at Ebersole’s. He was a member of the Little Swatara Church of the Brethren.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son, Dale Dundore, of Lebanon; daughter, Karen, wife of Greg Anspach, of MD; stepdaughter, Pamela, wife of David Miller, of Fredericksburg; brother, Leroy Dundore, of Lebanon; two granddaughters; four grandsons; and three great-grandsons.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Kelly Martzall; brothers, Lloyd, Kenneth, and Eugene; and his sisters, Elizabeth Miller and Virginia Shuey.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 1, 2024, at the Little Swatara Church of the Brethren. There will be a viewing one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
