Robert H. Trautman, 92, of Cornwall, passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 10, 2025, at Cornwall Manor. He was the loving husband of Janet M. (Myers) Trautman, who passed away in 2020.

Robert was born in Myerstown on April 23, 1933, to the late Ernest and Anna (Smaltz) Trautman. He was a 1951 Lebanon High School graduate. He retired from Three Mile Island as a maintenance supervisor. He was a member of St. Mark’s United Church of Christ in Lebanon, where he was an elder, involved with youth and mission trips, served on various committees, and was on the consistory. He was a member of the Mount Olivet Lodge F&AM #704 in Lebanon. He enjoyed traveling, playing cards, water skiing, snow skiing, and volunteering at Pine Acres, St. Mark’s church camp.

He is survived by his siblings, Betty Bartal, of Annville, Karen Bennett, of Annville, Terry Trautman (Linda), of Annville, and Marlene Carpenter (Richard), of Lebanon; god-children, Julie Rhen, of Texas, Andrew Rhen, of Mountville, Zachary Bell, of Lebanon, Nathaniel Bell, of Lebanon, and D. Heribert Smaltz, of The Villages, FL, who he loved like a son. He was preceded in death by his siblings, June Garloff and Romaine Carbutt.

Services will be at the convenience of the family. He will be laid to rest at Tulpehocken UCC Church Cemetery.
