Robert S. Strawderman, 90, formerly of Palmyra, passed away on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, at Virtua Hospital, Marlton, NJ. He was the husband of the late Joann J. (Clements) Strawderman, who passed away on Oct. 30, 2022.

Born in Hershey on Aug. 31, 1933, he was the son of the late Cecil and Lelia (Luttrell) Strawderman.

Robert served in the Air Force and then worked as an electronic mechanic at the Mechanicsburg Naval Base until he retired. He was an amateur radio operator and a member of the Lebanon Valley Society of Radio Amateurs, the Appalachian Amateur Radio Group, and the National Association for Amateur Radio.

He is survived by his daughters, Susan Churchill, of Marlton, NJ, and Sharon Wilcox, of Enola; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, March 15, 2024, at Kreamer Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 618 E. Main St., Annville. There will be a viewing one hour prior to the service. Interment with military honors will follow at 12:30 p.m. at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
