Roberta Evelyn “Robin” Ives, 84, passed away on Friday, May 9, 2025. Her beloved husband and best friend, Gerben Thomas Stonebrink, predeceased her (1993), as well as her cherished grandson, Steven David Stonebrink (2000).

She was the daughter of amazing parents, the late Robert M. and Ruth Knight Ives. Robin is survived by her children, Robert John Vanderbush, of North Port, AL, and Laura Robin Wright, of Dingsmans Ferry, PA; step-children, Cynthia Jane Stonebrink, of Leadville, CO, and David Stonebrink, of Oak Ridge, NJ; grandchildren, Christoffer Thomas Stonebrink, Matthew Ives Wright, Jessica Lyn Wright Lutz, and Connor Robert Vanderbush; great-grandsons, Maddox Ryan Wright, Maverick Cole Wright, Mason Lee Wright, and Wyatt Douglas Lutz; and great-granddaughter, Payton Lee Lutz.

Robin grew up with three wonderful brothers, William Lewis Ives (2000), Jeremy Knight Ives (2023), and Toby Daniel Ives, of Black Mountain, NC.
