Roberta Jean (nee Hospodar) Angus, daughter of the late George and Eunice Hospodar (Bates), of Mount Kisco, NY, left this world to reunite with those who have gone before her on Jan. 14, 2025, in Lebanon, PA.

Roberta, better known to all as Bobbi, was born in Mount Kisco, NY, on March 16, 1952.

Bobbi is survived by her son, William Angus (Jayne David), of Barto, PA; two grandsons, Christopher and Phillip Angus; niece, Amy Mikolay (Michael), of New Fairfield, CT; great-nieces, Rachel Mikolay and Madeline Hart; and great-nephew, Cooper Mikolay. Not to be forgotten, Bobbi leaves behind countless lifelong friends and neighbors who were very much her family.

Bobbi was predeceased by her beloved husband, David G. Angus, who passed on Nov. 13, 2022. Bobbi and David enjoyed a full and active life together in North Salem, NY, for many years before deciding in 2006 that they would move to Lebanon, PA, to enjoy being closer to William and his family.

Together, they hosted many family and friends over the course of their years in Lebanon, always with an open door, well-planned adventures, an abundance of food, lively conversations, and countless laughs.

Bobbi enjoyed yearly road trips alongside David, visiting friends near and far. Her vast collection of photographs is proof of a life well lived and enjoyed.

Most would say that Bobbi would be best known for her love of children. She treated all children with immense love and generosity. Over the years, she and David attended countless sporting events, recitals, plays, concerts, and riding competitions celebrating these children’s achievements. She graciously supported many fundraisers over the years.

A celebration of Bobbi’s life and love will be planned later in the year when she and her beloved David will be laid to rest in New York.
