Ronald A. Heinbach Sr., 76, of Pine Grove, passed away on Saturday, Dec. 2, 2023.

Born in Pottsville on May 9, 1947, he was the son of the late Willard W. and Irma M. Brown Heinbach.

Ronnie served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He worked as an aircraft mechanic and retired from Fort Indiantown Gap as a CW-2. He also held a commercial pilot’s license. He was a member of the St. Peter’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Pine Grove, the Valley View VFW Post 8237, and the Valley View Gun Club.

He is survived by his son, Ronald A. Heinbach Jr.; daughters, Kimberly A. Miller and Christy J. Heinbach; and sister, Linda Venszl.

Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 26, 2023, at 12:30 p.m., at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. A viewing will be held prior to the graveside service from 10:30-11:30 a.m. at the Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home & Crematory, Jonestown.
