Ronald Kenneth Wolfe, 83, of Lebanon, PA, passed away suddenly to be with our Lord on Friday, Dec. 6, 2024. He was the husband of Patricia Ann (Hetrick) Wolfe since May 5, 1963. They were long-time attendees of Fredericksburg United Methodist Church.

Ronald was born on May 27, 1941, in PA. He was the son of the late John H. and Evelyn (Starry) Wolfe.

Ronald worked several jobs in his life: long-timer at Bethlehem Steel Foundry, Lebanon (10” Mill-Boiler area) until they closed, and worker at Schott (West Pharmaceutical), Lebanon, until he retired. Throughout life, Ron (and Pat) enjoyed fishing on their boat (and on land). There are many memories also of camping and family and game times. He enjoyed bargain shopping and, after retirement, cooking.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Ronald K. Wolfe Jr. (Judy), Kenneth M. Wolfe (Dawn), and Karen D. Rhoad (Barry); eight grandchildren, Emily, Jacob, Amaris, Noah, Kenneth “Michael” Jr., Lindsay, Derek, and Travis; and 11 great-grandchildren. Ronald was one of 15 brothers and sisters. He is survived by his brothers, John H. Wolfe Jr., Raymond, David “Skippy,” and Brian, all of Lebanon, Robert Wolfe, of Newmanstown, and Stephen “Stevie”; and sisters, Patricia Hostetter, of York, Evelyn Miller, of Lebanon, Gladys Guare, of Annville, Shirley Reddinger, of TN, and Val Peters, of Lebanon.

Ronald was preceded in death by three of his siblings: sister, Marion Reppert; brother, Richard F. “Butch” Wolfe Sr.; and recently, sister, Lorraine Mark.

Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 15, 2024, at the Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home & Crematory, Jonestown. There will be a viewing from 2-4 p.m. prior to the service.
