Ronald L. Riegel, 81, of Lebanon, passed away on Thursday, Dec. 17, 2020, at StoneRidge Towne Centre. He was the husband of Marilyn W. (Harding) Riegel, with whom he celebrated 61 years of marriage on Nov. 21, 2020.

Ronald was born in Lebanon on Oct. 12, 1939, to the late Lloyd and Charlotte (Binner) Riegel. Ronald was a service manager for Meyer Oil Company for 46 years. In 2001, he was honored as Service Manager of the Year for his outstanding leadership and commitment and his technical knowledge and ability to promote the fuel oil industry. He was a member of Jonestown Bible Church, where he also served on the board of Elders. He enjoyed watching Nascar and going to Hershey Bears hockey games. His greatest love was spending time with his family.

Surviving, in addition to his wife, is his daughters, Suzette Chatterton, and her fiancé, Steven Wells, of Lebanon, Stephanie Keller, and her husband, Michael, of Grantville, a son, Jonathan Riegel, and his wife, Rebecca, of Palmyra, a granddaughter, Alicia Kizman, and husband, Allen, of Wheatfield, IN, and great-grandchildren, Hailey, Caitlin, and Dominick.

He was preceded in death by his brothers, William and David.

Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to The Jonestown Bible Church, of Jonestown, PA.
