Ronald L. “Ronnie” Stoever, 66, of Lebanon, passed away on Thursday, July 27, 2023, at his home.

Born in Lebanon on July 24, 1957, he was the son of the late Roy A. and Pauline E. McQuate Stoever.

Ronnie was a self-employed plasterer, and for the last several years, he had been contracting out to Lebanon Valley College. He was a member of the Strausstown Rod & Gun Club and the Fredericksburg American Legion. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, playing his drums, and especially spending time with his family.

He is survived by his daughters, Heather M. (John) Rupp, of Jonestown, and Jessica Lee Stoever, of Lancaster; his companion, Joy Yocklovich, of Lebanon; brother, Roy (Susan) Stoever, of Lebanon; sisters, Joan (Daryl) Jackson, of Myerstown, and Brenda Hollinger, of Lebanon; grandchildren, Devon, Alondra, David, Alyssa, and Tiara; great-grandchildren, Kehlani, Jaxton, and Kolson; many nieces and nephews; and his beloved St. Bernard, Leo.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Kenneth Seibert; and sister, Lavern Garman.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 1, 2023, at 7 p.m. at the Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home & Crematory, Jonestown. There will be a viewing, beginning at 5 p.m. until the start of the service.
