Ronald W. Blatt, 86, of Lebanon, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Thursday, November 18, 2021, at WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital. He was the husband of Kathleen M. (Harmuth) Blatt, to whom he was married for 51 years on October 10th.

Born in Reading, PA on February 10, 1935, Ronald was a son of the late Charles and Eleanor (Fisher) Blatt. He was a retired supervisor for Dana Corporation in Reading. He was a member of St. Mary’s Church. Ronald was a graduate of West Chester University and was an avid Penn State and Notre Dame Football fan. He was also an avid golfer and was very proud of his 2 holes-in-one during his golf career and was a 1962 Berks county amateur golf champion.

In addition to his wife, Ronald is survived by four children, Victoria Cahoe, wife of Charles, Ronnie C. Blatt, Christopher J. Blatt, husband of Susan, and Ryan C. Blatt; two grandchildren, Jordan and Myles; a sister, Bonnie Blair; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 23rd at St. Mary’s Church, 2 North 8th Street, Lebanon. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. Viewing hours will be held prior to Mass from 10:00-11:00 a.m. at the church.
