With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Rosemary Elizabeth (Yanicheck) Troebliger on Sept. 11, 2025, at the age of 71. She passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her family.

Rosemary was born on July 22, 1954, to Joseph and Mary (Ricci) Yanicheck in Pottsville, PA, before moving to Reading, PA, where she grew up and graduated from Governor Mifflin High School. She worked as a secretary at American Bank, GPU Nuclear (Three Mile Island), Sacred Heart Church, Stony Bridge Landscape, and retired from Lebanon Valley College.

Rosemary loved to garden and watch her hummingbirds and deer in the backyard. She enjoyed driving her Mustang convertible on sunny days and listening to ’70s music and smooth jazz. Rosemary enjoyed volunteering at Masonic Homes in Elizabethtown as a secretary in the hospice unit, and she liked working the polls on election day at the Quentin Fire Company. She absolutely loved her Tito’s on Friday nights with beloved friends at the Timbers in Mount Gretna, PA.

Rosemary is survived by her loving husband of 46 years, Jim; two beautiful daughters, Kristina Jean, and her husband, Conan, of Lake Alfred, FL, and Staci Graffius, and her husband, David, of Dover, PA: and brothers, Joseph Yanicheck Jr., and his wife, Linda, of Illinois, and Frank Yanicheck, and his wife, Ning, of Thailand. She is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Mary Yanicheck, of Reading, PA; and beloved uncle, George Ricci, of Van Nuys, CA.

The family would like to thank the incredible team of nurses with the Hospice of Central PA for their care and understanding over these past few weeks.
