Russell E. O’Neal, 93, of Annville, passed away on Thursday, Aug. 1, 2024, at the Lebanon Valley Home. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Gertha “Trisha” O’Neal.

Born in South Annville Township, PA, on Dec. 14, 1930, he was the son of the late Mark and Elizabeth (Kreider) O’Neal.

Russell was a veteran of the United States Air Force.

Surviving are children, Ricki “Chip” O’Neal, husband of Elaine, of Cornwall, Randi O’Neal, husband of Cheryl, of Annville, and Pamela L. O’Neal, of Arizona; brother, Jay O’Neal, of Fredericksburg; grandchildren, Katie O’Neal, Reed O’Neal Jr., and Kyra Brandt; and numerous great-grandchildren.

In addition to his wife, Russell was preceded in death by his son, Reed O’Neal.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
