Russell H. Boyanowski, 89, of Annville, PA, died Wednesday, Dec. 9, 2020, at his home. He was the husband of Grace F. (Sweinhart) Boyanowski. They celebrated their 64th wedding anniversary on June 23, 2020.

Born in Harrisburg, PA on Aug. 24, 1931, he was the son of the late Arthur and Rose (Zuna) Boyanowski. Russ was a 1949 graduate of Lower Paxton HS. He was skilled as a plumber and retired from Cleaver Brooks in 1993 and from Boyo Transportation in 2018. He was an avid golfer, loved watching sporting events, taking care of his lawn, and, most important to him, was his family. Russ attended Ono United Methodist Church.

In addition to his wife, Russ is survived by his daughter, Barb, wife of Douglas Blouch, of Jonestown; son, Mark, husband of Cathy Boyonowski, of Jonestown; grandchildren, Derek, husband of Krystin Blauch, Ashley Blauch, Ben Boyanowski, Hannah, wife of Jordan Andino, and Abby Boyanowski; great-grandchildren, Emery and Owen Blauch, and a third great-grandchild due in spring of 2021, brothers, Ed Boyanowski, husband of Rusty, and James Boyanowski, husband of Carol.

He was preceded in death by his brothers, Arthur and LTC John Boyanowski, and a sister, Jennie Ertter.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 15, 2020, at 11:00 a.m. at Grandview Memorial Park Cemetery, N. Annville Twp. A procession will be leaving the Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home & Crematory, Rt. 72 & Camp Meeting Rd., Jonestown, at 10:30 a.m.
