Russell L. Barna, 66, of Jonestown, passed away on Sunday, May 17, 2026, at his home.
Born in Lebanon on April 12, 1960, he was the son of the late Red and Pauline (Lymaster) Saurber. He graduated from Northern Lebanon High School with the Class of 1978. He worked in the maintenance department at the Hershey Country Club until he retired. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, going to dirt track races, fishing, hunting, golfing, and spending time with his friends and family.
He is survived by his son, Brent R. Barna, of Jonestown; daughter, Chantel M. Armbruster; four grandchildren; brothers, John Barna, of Jonestown, and Terry Barna, of Pottsville; and sister, Eva Barna, of Jonestown. He was preceded in death by his brother, William Barna; and sister, Grace Barna.
Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, May 22, 2026, at Sattazahn’s Lutheran Church Cemetery, 185 Greenpoint School Road, Jonestown.
