Ruth A. Wenger, 93, of Annville, passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 20, 2024, at her son’s home surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Walter H. Wenger, who died on Sept. 27, 2015.

Born in South Annville on Oct. 17, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Elmer H. and Edith (Forney) Dutweiler.

She graduated from Annville High School with the Class of 1949. She was a member of Manada United Christian Church and Ono Fire Co. Ladies Auxiliary. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family.

She is survived by her sons, Jay W., husband of Doris Wenger, of Annville, and Dennis L., husband of Joanne Wenger, of Annville; and grandchildren, Chad, Stacy, Heather, Jeffrey, Darren, and Brittney.

She is preceded in death by her grandchildren, Stephanie and Michael; and sisters, Mary G. Ulrich and Verna Sellers.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2024, at the Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home & Crematory, Jonestown. There will be a viewing one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Manada United Christian Church Cemetery.
