Ruth S. Heller, 85, of Campbelltown passed away Wednesday, October 13, 2021.

Born January 16, 1936, in Lititz, Lancaster County, she was a daughter of the late Henry and Mary (Snyder) Heller and also preceded in death by siblings Wilbur, Martin, Luke, Carl, and Esther.

She attended the Harrisburg Evangelical Wesleyan Church, wrote to missionaries, and taught Sunday School for children at several churches.  Growing up in Lebanon County and moving to Spring Grove, York County in 1962, Ruth was a seamstress for 36 years at Dallco Industries, York until retiring in 1998.  She volunteered her skills knitting baby caps and socks for Hanover Hospital.  In December 2010, she returned to Lebanon County.  She enjoyed reading her Bible, Christian books and religious papers as well as sewing, crocheting, knitting, puzzles, and word searches.  Ruth could play several instruments, including the piano, organ, and accordion.

Surviving are brother Elwood S. Heller of Annville and many nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 23, 2021, at Balsbaugh Church, 14 East Governor Road, Hershey with interment in Moyer Cemetery, South Londonderry Township.  Viewings 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Friday and 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. Saturday, both at the church.
