Sallie J. (Hallman) Getz, 65, of Palmyra, died March 15, 2020 in Lebanon. She was the wife of the late Gary Getz.

Born in Lebanon on April 9, 1954, she was the daughter of the late Gerald, Sr. and Evelyn (Hower) Hallman. Sallie worked for Pennfield Farms and also as a bartender.
Surviving are sons Glenn Weaber of Lebanon, Thomas Hallman of Palmyra, and Russell Weaber of Turbotville; grandchildren Kate and Reiley; siblings, Shirley (Tom) Bechtel, Barb Wolfe, Karen Hallman and Gerald (Rosa) Hallman, a sister in law Mabel Hallman and her dog Nikki. She was preceded in death by a brother Dick Hallman and Butch (Leah) Hallman.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2020 at 11 a.m. at Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home, 5 Camp Meeting Road, Jonestown, PA 17038. There will be no visitation prior to the service. Burial will take place at the convenience of the family. Following the memorial service at the funeral home, all are welcome to attend a luncheon at Dela Ches Fishing Association at the Lake Building, 5450 Elizabethtown Road, Palmyra, PA 17078.
