Sally Ann Hoffa, 90, of Myerstown, PA, died on Friday, Dec. 26, 2025, at Myerstown Nursing and Rehab. She was the wife of Donald Hoffa, who died on May 2, 2025.
Born in Stouchsburg, PA, on Jan. 26, 1935, she was a daughter of the late Leroy I. and Mary Ann (Grimes) Schoener. Sally attended Reading Business Institute. She was employed as a medical secretary for the office of Dr. Morrisey for four years. Then, she worked as a teacher’s aide until her retirement.
Sally is survived by her granddaughter, Samantha J. Kramer; brother, Andrew Schoener; and son-in-law, Nicholas Guy. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Ann M. Guy.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 30, 2025, at 2 p.m., at Tulpehocken Cemetery, Richland. A procession will form at 1:30 p.m. at Grose Funeral Home Inc., 358 W. Washington Ave., Myerstown, PA 17067.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Lebanon County, 150 N. Ramona Road, Myerstown, PA 17067.
