Scott D. Strine, Sr., 59, of Hummelstown, passed away on Thursday, Dec. 23, 2021, at Frey Village, Middletown.

Born on Aug. 3, 1962 in Hershey, he was a son of Patricia A. (Smith) Strine, of Hershey, and the late Donald G. Strine, Sr.

He was formerly employed by Hershey Entertainment. Scott enjoyed cooking, watching sports, and going to Hershey Bears games. But most importantly, he enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.

Surviving, in addition to his mother, is his wife of almost 37 years, Donna Jean (Willard) Strine; son, Scott D., Jr., husband of Amanda N. Strine; daughter, Christina, wife of Christopher Fahlbush; brothers, Donald, Jr., husband of Linda Strine, and Jeffrey Strine, Sr.; and grandchildren, Brooklyn and Lennon Strine, and Ethan and Paityn Fahlbush.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 29, at Fishburn United Methodist Church, 1215 Fishburn Rd., Hershey, preceded by a visitation at 1 p.m.
