Scott E. Woodard, 74, of Lebanon, PA, died on Sunday, April 20, 2025, at Linden Village, Lebanon. He was the husband of Joanne M. (Kosty) Woodard.
Born in Corning, NY, on Dec. 13, 1950, he was a son of the late John Archie and Cynthia (Jenks) Woodard.
Scott was a 1969 graduate of Ewing High School, Trenton, NJ. He received his bachelor’s degree in psychology from Trenton State College in 1973. Scott was employed at Steuben County Social Services, from which he retired. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and farming.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughters, Amy Tatlock, and Tara, wife of Andrew Grodis; grandchildren, Ian Tatlock, Harlee Grodis, and Logan Grodis; brothers, John, husband of Linda Woodard, Lon Woodard, companion of Bertie Martin, and Peter Woodard; and nieces, nephews, and cousins.
