Scott T. “Pi” McEntire, 72, of Cleona, PA, passed away on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at his residence.

Born on Nov. 12, 1953, he was the son of the late Graham and Miriam (Thomas) McEntire. Scott loved the beach. He always looked forward to the annual Wildwood Beach trip with his family. However, Scott’s first love was his family, and maybe even most of all, his grandchildren. They were his world and will continue to be. They were his first concern every single moment from the day they were born until the day that he passed. He was so proud of all their accomplishments and knew their futures would be bright.

After retirement, Scott loved working at AutoZone, where all of his fellow employees were “top-notch,” as he would say. He also enjoyed playing video games, and his love for sports was unmatched. He was always looking up scores. He loved keeping track of the weather and keeping his family updated on what was coming for the week. Scott was kind, humble, and always a happy guy. His empathy and compassion for others were immense. He was happy to be in a place in his life to finally have nice things and be proud of himself.

Scott is survived by his daughter, Amanda R. Gable, wife of Kyle, of Lebanon; son, Scott C. McEntire; sisters, Ann Zimmerman, wife of Jeff, of Florida, and Jean Hilldale, wife of Dan, of New York; and grandchildren, Caitlin Gable, Alyssa Gable, and Skylar McEntire.

A celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory Inc., 618 E. Main St., Annville, PA 17003. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Four Diamonds, P.O. Box 852, Hershey, PA 17033-6086, to fight childhood cancer in his memory. Kreamer Funeral Home, Annville, is handling arrangements.
