Shirley M. Morrissey, 88, of Lebanon, passed away on Monday, Oct. 28, 2024, at Spang Crest Manor.

Born in Annville, she was a daughter of the late Herman and Stella (Reigle) Shutt.

Shirley was a graduate of Annville in 1954 and retired from the Lebanon VA Medical Center, where she was a nursing assistant.

She enjoyed early morning walks, going to Ocean City, Maryland and walking the boardwalk and beach, going to dirt racetracks to cheer on Leroy Felty, LVC basketball games, word puzzles, and putting together puzzles.

Shirley is survived by four children, Gery Morrissey, and wife, Brenda, of Lebanon, Terry Morrissey, and wife, Tracy, of Annville, Audrey, wife of Steven Kahl, of Palmyra, and Candy Bucks, of Palmyra; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and a sister, Sylvia Krall of Annville.

Shirley was preceded in death by a sister, Sandy Krall.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2024, at 11 a.m. from Kreamer Funeral Home & Crematory Inc., 618 E. Main St., Annville. Interment will follow at Grand View Memorial Park, Annville. A visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until the time of her service at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Lebanon VA Medical Center Hospice Unit, 1700 S. Lincoln Ave., Lebanon, PA 17042 in her memory.
