Susan “Sue” Feather Wolf died suddenly of a cardiac event on December 27, 2022.
Originally from Annville, she was born on September 16, 1964.
She was a lifelong member of Christ Church United Church of Christ. During her time at Annville-Cleona High School, she played flute and piccolo in the band and loved singing in the musicals. She graduated from Annville-Cleona High School in 1982. She went on to graduate from Ithaca College in 1987 with a bachelor’s degree in English. Sue then taught English in Japan for two years before returning to Pennsylvania. She held a variety of jobs in the communications field, including the Executive Director of the Lebanon County Bar Association. She most recently worked as the Committee Relations Coordinator for The Pennsylvania Bar Association.
She married her husband, Tom Wolf, on May 23, 1992, in Annville. They spent the last 30 years laughing, traveling, and raising their children together. Sue loved her pets, playing games with her family, hosting parties, watching Wheel of Fortune, and of course, a good gin and tonic.
Sue is survived by her husband, Tom Wolf; her daughter, Carolyn Pirtle, and her husband, Clayton; her son, Mark Wolf; her parents, Phil and Judy Feather; her sister, Karen Feather, and her husband, Michael Schroeder. She especially loved being a new grandma to her granddaughter, Audrey Pirtle.
A celebration of her life will be planned for late spring.
