Teri E. Rittle, 72, of Richland, PA, died on Monday, March 23, 2026, at the Reading Hospital and Medical Center. She was the wife of Robert L. Rittle, to whom she would have been married for 48 years on April 15, 2026.
Born in Stricklerstown, PA, on April 12, 1953, she was a daughter of the late Frederick N. and Kathryn E. (Nagle) Stoudt. Teri was a graduate of ELCO High School. She retired from ABI-Ephrata as a Building Inspections Permit Clerk. Teri was a member of Lebanon Area Evangelical Free Church, where she participated in the choir and the worship team.
She is survived by her son, Neil A., husband of Erica Rittle, of Nashville, TN; grandchildren, Brendan Rittle, Jocelyn Roman, and Nathan Roman; and sisters, Sandra Gipe, of Lebanon, PA, and Carolyn, wife of Kenneth Umberger, of Womelsdorf, PA. Teri was preceded in death by her sister, Evelyn Wolfe.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at 11 a.m., at Lebanon Area Evangelical Free Church, 600 Shepherd St., Jonestown, PA 17038. A viewing will be held on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, from 6-8 p.m., at Lebanon Area Evangelical Free Church, and on Wednesday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service. Interment will be at Millbach Cemetery, Newmanstown.
