Theresa E. Johnson, 59, of Lebanon, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, June 7, 2025, at WellSpan York Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. She is survived by her loving husband, Nathaniel Johnson Jr.

Born in Martinsburg, WV, on June 19, 1965, she was the daughter of Fred McCoy and Diah Gardiner, of Martinsburg, WV. Theresa was a member of Faith Fellowship Church in Cleona.

Surviving, in addition to her husband, are her children, Freddie Hall, husband of Isabella, of Lebanon, Nathaniel “Manning” Barlow, husband of Cece, of Atlanta, Georgia, Donte Johnson, husband of Christina, of NJ, and Alaina Gay, of MD; daughter-in-law, Madison Sottasante, of Elizabethtown; sister, Sally Gardiner, of Martinsburg, WV; grandchildren, Owen, Elaina, Amayiah, Sariyah, Harmony Rose, Kayla, Nathaniel, and Omari; and two great-grandchildren. Theresa was preceded in death by her loving son, Quentin T. Hall.

A public viewing will be held from 5-8 p.m. on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 618 E. Main St., Annville, PA 17003. A celebration of life service will begin at 11 a.m. on Thursday, June 19, 2025, at Miller Chapel on the campus of Lebanon Valley College, E. Sheridan Ave., Annville, PA 17003. Interment will be held at the convenience of the family in Covenant Greenwood Cemetery, Lebanon.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Step Into Life Ministries, 302 Chestnut St., Lebanon, PA 17042, in her memory. Kreamer Funeral Home, Annville, is handling arrangements.
